Mallcation Begins This Eid

1.    The Spend and Win campaign is valid only from 24th of May at 9:00 AM until 4 of July at 11:59 PM. 
2.    1 raffle draw e-coupon will be issued for every cumulative spend of 500 Q.R at Place Vendôme except for Money Exchange Stores, Banks and Telecommunication stores from 24th of May at 9:00 AM until 4 of July at 11:59 PM.
3.    Redemption can only be accepted for purchases made from 24th of May at 9:00 AM until 4 of July at 11:59 PM.
4.    Purchase receipts can be redeemed from the Guest Services counters at Place Vendôme.
5.    Purchase receipts can be combined from different retailers. 
6.    Prize can only be claimed by the e-coupon holder, prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
7.    Five winners will be selected every week according to the campaign draw schedule outlined below.
8.    Each winner will receive a two-night hotel stay at Le Royal Meridien Place Vendôme Lusail Hotel and Residences for a maximum of two adults and two children below 12 years old, inclusive of breakfast and dinner, in addition to a spa voucher for two adults for 30 minutes per person. Hotel booking is subject to the hotel’s general terms, conditions, regulations, and internal policies.
9.    The hotel stay and requested booking dates are subject to availability at the hotel, and specific dates requested by the winner cannot be guaranteed.
10.    The prize is valid for use until 31 August 2026 and must be redeemed before the expiry of this period. The winner shall not be entitled to request an extension of the prize validity after this date.
11.    The prize does not include any additional expenses not expressly mentioned, including but not limited to room service, minibar, telephone calls, laundry, additional orders, or any other services requested during the stay. Such costs shall be borne directly by the winner.
12.    In the event that the winner does not show up on the confirmed booking date, or cancels the booking after confirmation, any rebooking shall be subject to the hotel’s policy, and neither Place Vendôme nor the hotel shall be obligated to provide an alternative date.
13.    The spa voucher is subject to availability and the hotel’s advance booking policy. It is valid for two adults for 30 minutes per person and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
14.    The winner will be notified on the mobile number provided by them during registration.
15.    Winner must present a valid ID along with the e-coupon SMS to claim the prize.
16.    Owners and Employees of the mall’s stores, their suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
17.    Place Vendôme/United Developers staff and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 
18.    In case a fraudulent transaction is suspected, Place Vendôme reserves the right to deny a winner of their prize in coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries.
