الشروط والأحكام:
1) The Spend and Win campaign is valid only from 15th of January at 9:00 AM until 15th of February at 7:00 PM.
2) 1 raffle draw e-coupon will be issued for every cumulative spend of 500 Q.R at Place Vendôme except for Money Exchange Stores, Banks and Telecommunication stores from 15th of January at 9:00 AM until 15th of February at 7:00 PM.
3) Redemption can only be accepted for purchases made from 15th of January at 9:00 AM until 15th of February at 7:00 PM.
4) Purchase receipts can be redeemed from the Guest Services counters at Place Vendôme.
5) Purchase receipts can be combined from different retailers.
6) Prize can only be claimed by the e-coupon holder, prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7) The winner will be notified on the mobile number provided by them during registration.
8) Winner must present a valid ID along with the e-coupon SMS to claim the prize.
9) Owners and Employees of the mall’s stores, their suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
10) Place Vendôme/United Developers staff and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
11) In case a fraudulent transaction is suspected, Place Vendôme reserves the right to deny a winner of their prize in coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries.

6) يمكن إستلام الجائزة فقط من قبل حامل القسيمة الإلكترونية الفائزة، والجائزة غير قابلة للتحويل ولا يمكن استبدالها نقدًا.
7) سيتم إخطار الفائز على رقم الهاتف المحمول الذي تم إدخاله أثناء عملية التسجيل.
8) يجب على الفائز تقديم بطاقة هوية صالحة مع الرسالة النصية للقسيمة الإلكترونية الفائزة للحصول على الجائزة.
9) لا يحق لملاك المتاجر في پلاس ڤاندوم أو موظفيهم أو مورديهم أو أفراد عائلاتهم المباشرين المشاركة في هذه الحملة.
10) لا يحق لموظفي پلاس ڤاندوم أو المطوّرون المتّحدون أو وكالات الإعلان التابعة اليهم المشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي.
11) في حال الاشتباه بوجود معاملة احتيالية، يحتفظ پلاس ڤاندوم بالحق في رفض منح الجائزة للفائز، وذلك بالتنسيق مع وزارة التجارة والصناعة.
